Greetings! My two roommates need to replace me as their third for our flex 3 apartment in a luxury building in FiDi on Wall Street. The apartment is a block away from the 2/3 and J/Z, 2 blocks from the 4/5 and 3 blocks from the N/Q/R - its a speedy public transit smorgasbord! The room is the largest in the apartment and not a flex room. Its about 25 x 18 and has a large private closet and individual in room climate control unit. The building has a gym, outdoor deck, 24 hour doorman, movie theatre, etc. Its basically a retirement home for young people. Youll be assuming the last two months on my lease (until April 1) and have to re-sign for the subsequent year (until April 1 2016) Signing the lease is non-negotiable. The deposit is $2100 and monthly rent is $1500. To apply with the management company for the credit check is $85. NOTE: Currently there is someone applying for the room but she has not been approved or paid her deposit so there is a possibility that this will be available for move-in February 1. Youd need to be approved and sign the lease prior to the end of this week. Please excuse the packing clutter in the photos! The gorgeous feline companion supine in the photos will be coming with me.
