Greetings SAN and THANK YOU for all the loving vibes sent...a special thank you to Linda Gibson for always being there.....in the moment of need. Illness, ANY illness....as well as physical pain and extreme discomfort is made much much worse by adding a story in the head about it, and a story in the head is never true but a part of the dream state. THIS is the time for spiritual practice, how can one not live and relinquish resistance, in the moment when facing trials of this kind? One can entertain the thought I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH MORE OF THIS I CAN TAKE!! or I am DYING! or even WHAT AM I GOING TO DO NOW?.....this is the natural workings of mind that seek to solve a problem. We all know that to focus ones attention down to this instant, not a story about it, and practice non-resistance to what already IS - is a must during these trying times. (perhaps practice in more benign situations first?) To do anything else is to truly and to needlessly suffer......so much more could be penned on this topic - could be a subject of another book.......God bless you all....
