Greetings Summoners, For the month of October, we will be implementing reporting tool bans starting today (November 13, 2013). These Reports were sent to the game developers to process the data and then forwarded to our Report Tool Banning System. Our records show that the rest of the population is continuing to improve. The behavior was very stable between this month and the last. The reform rate is still very high at 76%, and we have approximately the same number of new offenders. Summoners who are consistently being reported will also be penalized with Chat Restriction, this includes permanent account suspension for the most toxic player. The ban duration depends on how toxic a Summoner is in relation to the reports of the PH community. Summoners who are banned will also receive a notification through their Garena Plus. We are going to do the same proportions of bans and chat restrictions as the last wave since that has been working well. Please continue using the Report Tool Feature to help regulate the conduct and behavior of fellow Summoners in the Fields of Justice. Take responsibility for your actions and Respect other players.
