Greetings Summoners! We will be implementing the monthly bans for the month of June starting today, June 5, 2014. Our game developers processed these data from the Report Tool in-game. The number of repeat accounts seems to be consistent as the reform rate for this month slightly dropped. Chat Restriction was given for Summoners who are consistently reported and a penalty of permanent account suspension for the most toxic players. The ban duration depends on the reviewed behavioral reports from the PH Community. Summoners who are banned will receive a notification through their Garena Plus. We encourage everyone to keep using the Reporting Tool feature at the end game window whenever you encounter Summoners displaying misconduct as this will help lessen the toxicity as well as discipline some players in-game.
