Greetings Trainer Family, The training manuals arrived last week for the Personal Trainer as well as the Behavoir Change Specialist Certifications that i am working toward and will be studying for my Nutrition Councelor Cetification when i am done with these. I purchased the Elite package which gives me some extra information and access to a variety of areas. It looks like a lot of information and am looking at it in a totally different view as a 54 yr old Health and Fitness Enthusiast. This is a challenge working a full time job Night/Days 12 hr shifts so discipline is a nessasity which is one of my strong points thankfully. I feel at ease knowiing that we are all working for one common goal, to make the people we come in contact with a better life physically, emotionally, spiritually and to give each of us the great opportunity to do what we love and that is helping others. There is no greater gift in life then passing it on to others. Lifes a Gift, Feel it, Express it, Live it with your greatest Passion!
