Greetings and hail to all. Ive been gone for a bit, glad to see the group is growing at an exponential rate. The new year has brought on some big changes, good and bad. One, Ive smoked since I was thirteen and am now cigarette free. Not since I was thirteen have I ever gone without smoking this long. Ill be e-mailing the binomial beat meditation soon and the the runic meditation, post here after mailing them. Then the Eddas will be mailed and posted. Will be working on this task, the study guide, non-stop for the next few weeks. Everyone can review all the material from now til Ragnarok, but I have to get it all written and posted quickly. Anyways, glad to be back, Naukanuz (bind rune used) worked well in the rit. Personally, I have a much better understanding of the secrets and mysteries behind nauthiz (seen a post a few weeks ago when someone requested what it meant to them).
