I find myself gazing everyday over at the tracks that run by my work along 490/204/westside dr area. I have also been learning about the local hojack line that runs through my current town of Hamlin. I have a question to pose to the much more experienced rail men and woman out there. This is an old photo of the line coming through Hamlin back in the day. Can anyone tell me what class stream locomotive this was in the photo and/or the typical class of steam engine that ran the line? I want to try to pay homage to the old line that came through here and see if I can get models similar to the actual ones that ran around here.
