Greetings fellow WowSteaders, We’re here to announce some big changes coming to WowStead in the near future. After careful consideration, we have decided to close down the WowStead guild hosting service and integrate with Guild Launch. We have spent a long time considering options that would give our members the best hosting experience possible and feel that transferring our service to Guild Launch is the best solution. Guild Launch has been around since 2006 and has a well established presence in the guild hosting space. Both Guild Launch and WowStead will be working with users to make sure this transition will be as smooth as possible. The official transition date will be 2 weeks from today – August 12th, 2013. Over the next couple weeks we encourage you to begin making the transition to Guild Launch and setting up your sites. If you are a paying member of WowStead, Guild Launch will be honoring your credits on WowStead with the appropriate premium service levels in their system.
