Greetings for an amazing day ahead, as well as a cracking week-end ! They say that happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is simply the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude. Happiness is when you lose yourself in the moment on hand, doing whatever you are doing. Some people lose themselves doing meditation, looking at a candle. Some lose themselves simply singing a song from the bottom of their heart. Some lose themselves sweating it out on a Badminton court, some lose themselves doing a sketch, a painting or even photographing a lone bird by the side of a pond somewhere out there...! Losing oneself matters. If you remember yourself all the time, you mostly remember the money you have and the money you want to have. And then even before you realize you start calculating and recalculating all that..! He he he..! Happiness was never in money, neither more of it, nor less of it nor even excess of it. True happiness is... to enjoy the present, without anxious dependence upon the future and completely losing oneself in the moment. The more you create such moments in the Life, more peaceful you are at yourself, and hence assured, happy, relaxed, genuinely smiling and living this life in true sense.
