Greetings from JAL ASIA! This February, the Hong Kong Route will be celebrating its 60th Anniversary. With the arrival of its 60th Anniversary, Eva(Hong Kong Cabin Based Crew) would like to take this opportunity to thank all the customers and partners for the support given throughout the years. On the 5th of February 2015, the Hong Kong branch will be greeting passengers of JL736 at the flight departure gate to commemorate the 60th Anniversary. The staff will be donning the past uniform as part of the 60th Anniversary celebration! --------Bits of History-------- In 1955,JAL very first flight arrived in Hong Kong (Black & White Photo) At that point of time, the flight landed in Kai Tak Airport. Due Kai Tak Airport was situated right in the city, flight landing was a tedious and difficult process. The colored photo shows our DC-8 in the 1970s preparing for landing in Kai Tak Airport which was surrounded with buildings.
