Greetings from Sabatino’s! Check your allegories. The golf courses are being prepared for the coming season which is virtually upon us. Our dear friend Patrick Evans is promising a cool down in temps and it will soon be time for hiking sightseeing and great dinners in the Desert. Master Chef Marc Cummings has some great ideas for your dining enjoyment. Chef Marc has been voted top chef in the Coachella Valley twice, is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu of Paris and appeared on the Food T.V. Network. This weekend we will be featuring Chef Marc’s hand tossed Caesar salad, house made Posilipo, Shrimp Napolitano, an Italian classic with a New Orleans twist, Gran Marnier shrimp over Penne, Fulvio’s Favorite and an escargot appetizer. Join us this coming Monday night for “Pasta Night”. Order one pasta entrée and get the second order for one half off. On Tuesday and Thursday evening we will feature Chef Marc’s house made pasta carbonara made at your table. Chef Marc will also be preparing his pasta carbonara at your table this weekend. Wednesday night is “Rib Night”. Enjoy Chef Marc’s Lolipop Baby Back Ribs – a half rack of ribs with mashed potatoes or polenta fries for $18. We feature farmer’s market vegetables on our dishes this weekend and of course all of our menu favorites will be available. Bill Marx will bring his music wit to our dining room Friday evening from 6pm to 9pm.
