Greetings from The Entrepreneurship Cell It is this time of the year again, and this year E-Summit 2104 is scheduled on 1st and 2nd Feb. Crowd Pitch. (ecell.in/esummit/competitions/crowdpitch/) 2. I would like to (ecell.in/esummit/competitions/i-would-like-to/) ____________________________________________________________ 1. Crowd Pitch: “Crowd pitch “ is a crowd funding competition for creative projects and ideas. It is platform where project creators/startups/individuals can present their ideas to a connected audience and to the panelists from the crowdfunding industry. Its a place where motivated creators and innovators can access funding and support beyond official channels. If you have the aspirations..and passion to create, this is the place to make great things possible. STAGE 1:BRIEF YOUR IDEA Fill in the given form (ecell.in/esummit/competitions/crowdpitchsubmission/). Any problem in submitting the project please mail us at : [email protected]. Last date for submission : 27th Jan (deadline preponed from 31st Jan – 12 pm STAGE 2:PITCH YOUR IDEA 15 shortlisted teams- will be allowed to make a 5 minutes live pitch at the session at E-Summit. They need to convince the judges and the crowd why they think the crowd should invest in their ideas ? Explain pros and cons. STAGE 3: VIRTUAL CROWD-FUNDING Every participant will be given a virtual currency of INR 10,000. The Pitchers will be asking the participants to fund their idea through the virtual money. The ideas getting the highest funded amounts and selected by Judges will get ‘Actual’ Crowd Funding Credits from Catapooolt! JUDGING The ideas would be judged on the basis of : How creative or innovative is the idea / concept ? Feasibility of the idea/product/business venture Presentation as a whole (Team, Pitch, Presentation) PRIZES The ideas getting the highest funded amounts will get ‘Actual’ Crowd Funding Credits from Catapooolt! (i.e. when they post their projects on Catapooolt - their campaigns will get a lead start by the following amounts - directly funded by Catapooolt) (Subject to maximum of 10% of funding targets): First Winner: 50,000 Crowdfunding Credits + Prizes worth Rs. 20,000 Second Winner: 25,000 Crowdfunding Credits + Prizes worth Rs 10,000 Third Winner : 15,000 Crowdfunding Credits Furthermore, every shortlisted teams will win: 2 Catapooolt T Shirts Each Opportunity to intern with Catapooolt - India’s fastest growing Crowd Funding Platform India’s first ever Crowdfunding Guide Book ____________________________________________________________ 2.
