Greetings from Troy University. We hope that your spring has been productive and that the summer is off to a good start. As the days close in on the deadline for fall semester 2013, we just wanted to make sure that you know it is not too late to apply. New Accreditation and New MBAi: We also wanted to inform you about valuable changes at Troy University. Starting this fall our Business School will welcome its AACSB accreditation. At the same time we have reorganized the programs offered – we will have three International MBA (MBAi) with three options: International Management; Information Systems; Accounting and Finance. The International Management will be a fast track MBA at 30 credit hours, which will ensure that most students can finish in one year and half or less, but even more important, it will be about $8,000 cheaper than then the 36 credit hours MBA. For those students seeking CPA, Troy introduced full MS Accountancy this past spring. Please note that Troy does offer “provisional admission” to the MBAi, but that students must meet all conditions prior to starting the actual academic program. ESL Reminder and Update: Also remind you that most countries we work with can send students to our English as a Second Language (ESL) program. It remains a low cost option for students interested in either ESL Only or as foundation to their academic programs. ESL still accepts students five times a year… please request as needed. Also request ESL ONLY application from yours truly or our ESL department. Finally, we will have two super exciting, super cheap short term summer programs next summer… lookout for more details. New e-Brochure: We are very excited to introduce our new online brochure (note mobile/tablet version has not been updated – please view on a PC). The Elite Awards are competitive and requires outstanding SAT scores and provides full tuition and/or full ride scholarships.
