Greetings! here is a public service announcement for my massage business services ; needless to say we are right in the midst of winter, the cold is having an impact on our lives on so many levels. There are those that are retreating in their caves, cowering in to ourselves for warmth and some of you might be experiencing muscle contraction from the cold . This is exactly where I come in, my massage services offer the nurturing warmth of human touch that it so important especially in winter, with the focus on opening of the body to harness the innate vitality in your body to ignite your inner central heating once again- so that your zest of life is restored and you can continue to be the optimum human; functioning with all your capabilities... rain , hail or shine. My services involve a blending of Massage Therapy- relaxtaion and deep tissue with Zen and Classical Shiatsu all embued with an intuitive response to the needs that your muscles are voicing- Practising from my home in South Caulfield available Tuesday through Sunday - 10am - 6pm at$60/hour. I am also studying Clinical Hypnotherapy and am beginning to weave this in to my practice , will be also offering stand alone Hypnotherapy sessions very shortly.
