Greetings my friends. I just need to say that I love Cheers Pub & the Slavs for giving me an opportunity for the last few years. Out with the old in with the new. I get it. Expected it. Against honestly years of turning down more money and 4 places to undercut Cheers.. I am not that person..I never would! I also do not take personal trying to bring a new perspective to the Open Jam.. It is business after all. And the truth is when I was asked to host a jam, I thought it was me going backwards. I did learn my craft & started off playing Open Jam. Cheers was my home. I love and thank them for treating me like family! There is only a handful of exceptional talent in this area. (Im not even saying Im one) just that apparently I come off abrasive and it is in the general perspective that I come off as others are less than. Heck, Ive been punched in the face over hosting;-) I know just about every one and I hear what people say. When actually the truth is I teach, which in turn I always try my best to give advice and give nothing but my experience and praise to every single one who is not a DICK.. If you know me, you would know this. I play as much as anyone in this area. And am very blessed that few care! I am aware fully I play the same places Ive played for years. I also know where Im not! Yet I know damn well I can play. I worked for it - thank you! That being said. This next THURSDAY will be my last Open Jam at Cheers - December 18.. Lets go out with a bang! Come the first of the year.. I will still be doing Open Jam. Just not a CHEERS! What I need to know from my friends and people who care, is do you want it on a THURSDAY - ALL AGES - NO SMOKING close to Mishawaka. Or a WEDNESDAY - SMOKING in Mishawaka? Let me know what you think?
