Greetings, veggie fans! An uber-informative newsletter should have just hit your Inbox. And, promised in said newsletter is some more fun JUICING ideas. Woot woot! Here are 4 more of my favorites, representing 3 different colors (green, red, and orange): Green Licorice 2 red apples 1 fennel bulb 2 stalks celery Big handful of parsley Giant fistful (or 2) of spinach Beet-a-licious 1 beet (with their greens, if you have ‘em!) 1 red apple 4 carrots 1 stalk celery 1 thick cucumber slice (about an inch) A Spicy Carrot 4 carrots 1 red apple ½ - 1 inch section of fresh ginger root Divine “K” Dandelion 1 red apple Small bunch of grapes Big handful of spinach Handful of dandelion leaves Handful of parsley (the “K” is for all of the vitamin K found in dandelion greens!) These are all wonderfully delectable. Enjoy!
