Gregory Alan of Johnson: This might come as a shock to most: ALL municipal corporations, at ALL levels (city/county/state/federal) are illegitimate governing bodies by non-disclosure and are private corporations as franchises of the one in DC known as UNITED STATES (28 USC 3002 15A), which is controlled by the international bankers of London. This means that ALL municipal agents (police, county deputies, federal officers, etc) are private contractors. While the county Sheriff, in most states (territories) are holding a state Constitutional position, the county itself as a legal entity is a municipal corporation illegitimately masquerading as a government by non-disclosure.
