Grilled Whole Chicken Do not know about the bake cum grill technique or the marinade combination, but tasted delicious... Marinade: Crush together garlic, pepper, paprika, oregano, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar and salt. Apply thoroughly all over and inside the chicken and refrigerate overnight or at least for 4 to 5 hours. And i fully covered with aluminium foil and baked for 30 minutes, then removed the foil and grilled for last 15 minutes. All the juices were retained and the final chicken was juicy and soft and yummy.
