Moses Ogwal, the son of Pastor Johnson Ogema of Victory Outreach Ministries, was due to wed Caroline Kia, the daughter of Mzee Tom Angol of Nambieso, Apac district. Ogwal, the administrator of Alpha Resort Hotel, reportedly disappeared on December 17, from where he was being mentored and prepared for the marriage.
