Gross & Disgusting. Went to this Starbucks on Friday 10/3/14 and when I got home I was enjoying my caramel frap. and when I took the top off and started finish my frap. I felt something on my lip I looked carefully and it was a freakin COCKROACH LEG. I was so grossed out and disgusted. I started to look again at the cup and there was pieces of the COCKROACH along the rim and inside the cup. Then to top it off I called them and they were denying that I even bought the frap. there. So finally they gave me my money back and a free coffee voucher and still they didnt even say SORRY.
