Group Fitness News Please secure your belongings in the locker room or in one of the cube lockers outside of Studio 2 and the Cycle Studio. These lockers are FREE! Instructions for use are listed inside each of the lockers or you can ask your awesome Group Fitness Instructors or one of our friendly Operations Team Members to help you out. Also, as the wet weather approaches, just a reminder not to wear your outside shoes (snow boots, rain boots, or old tennis shoes) in the studios. Dirt, rocks, grease, salt and grime are tracked in making the floors excessively dirty. Have you purchased your own personal yoga mat? If not this is the perfect time to consider it. While we do provide a small number of mats for members use; it just creates a better, more hygienic experience when using your own. Thank you!
