Group Input Needed: Hi I had messaged you the other day requesting that you post my story. Thank you so much for doing so! I have one more thing that Im really stressing about, and Im wondering if you will please post one more question for me. I have to go to court Monday and be able to explain why I have gotten to where I will only accept contact from my ex via my husbands telephone. I just cant take his bombarding me with garbage anymore, so Ive gone to no written communication whatsoever, and Ive also said that he can contact me through my husbands phone instead of mine. I want him to know that he doesnt have the ability to get straight to me but has to go through my husband and then hell know that someone else is going to hear and see what he says or texts. I have to go defend and explain this decision, and frankly, Im terrified to do so because I can seriously barely put it into words. I feel like Im crazy a lot of the time. I know so many of you know what Im experiencing and talking about. Will you please help me know what to say to the referee regarding this? This Factor J willingness and ability of each of the parties to facilitate and encourage a close and continuing parent - child relationship between the child and the other parent thing is just freaking him out cuz I just cant put my thoughts into words. Help!
