Group Input Needed: I am going through a nasty on going battle. Its a very long complicated story as Im sure most of you have. I had full custody after having him arrested years ago for DV. We wanted to move out of state with the kids, he agreed then showed up with a uhaul in our yard and told me he would charge us with kidnapping if we took them. I got trapped and had no support system, so made agreement of 50/50 visitation verbally with him. ExN has sole custody after finalizing divorce behind my back without me receiving notice a few years back. This has all been a circus. I dont understand how most of it happened without me signing anything, but Im in a no contest state. Anyways, children are being extremeley alienated. New SM is participating in brainwashing. GAL has been only outlet to notify of ongoing alienation. Oldest child has been brainwashed since young age being told that Im a whore and not to marry a woman like me, to find one he can control. He shuts me down with communication, doesnt want to tell me anything at all or share anything in his life with me. However, he loves seeing me. I have been through his parents kidnapping my oldest to keep me from getting them for the summer and removing him from the state, I offered to be fair and adjust my visitation for his wedding this past summer, only to be served with contempt and a bunch of lies and charges of being an unfit mother on the day we were supposed to pick the boys up for the summer. He is continuously lying to the court system, destroying my kids, as well as me. Now here is my major problem I need help with. My youngest is 7 and every time we pick him up he informs us he wants to move out of state with us and doesnt want to live here anymore. I have tried discussing it with exN and he becomes enraged and says I plant things in his head, which I dont. I took him to GAL yesterday and let him talk to her about what he has decided. I have no attorney and no money for one. I dont know what else to do, I just know my baby is devastated and doesnt want to go back to his Dads. He wants to be with me. What do I do? What steps should I take? Please help. Thanks guys.
