Group Input Needed: I went to trial on Wednesday as a pro se litigant and the judge is going to issue an order within a week. My ex is not only asking for me to repay him the attorneys fees and cost of the custody evaluation that the same judge ordered him to pay, but he also requested that it be offset and deducted by his child support payments every month! Hes also STRONGLY objecting that I dared to redirect his child support payments through the Dept. of Revenue, even though the custody eval. suggested it because he cant disengage from me, and wants to directly pay me, ie more control. Hell, no. Wont this be a huge red flag for the judge?
