Group Input Needed: Input needed: Have 3 daughters 1 just turned 18 the other 2 are 15 and 16. The oldest and youngest are alienated from me.Divorce is final and I have 50/50 custody with a parenting coordinator who makes our schedule. She started this about 6 weeks ago and I was supposed to see my youngest 2X per week and 2 overnites per month until she feels comfortable. Husband is refusing reunification therapy and I have actually only seen her 2X in the last 6 weeks due to my husband lying to the parenting coordinator about my daughters schedule. Anyways last nite we had an overnite scheduled, she came over about 5 oclock and I made her spec bars and basically kissed her ass. ..So about 9:30 pm she gets up grabs her backpack and walk out the door. I followed asked where she was going and she said she was going home.I told her she neede to stay but she left anyway, tried calling her father several times, and he did not answer my calls like he usually does not.I got in my car with my other daughter and went to find her but found a cop on the way and stopped him., told him what was going on and he tried calling ex...finally got ahold of him and told him to bring her back to my house. When they got here he was wonderful (the cop) he gave them both a good talking to after my husband told him he was just going to take her to his house. the cop told him he was enabling her bad behavior . Sooo my question is do u think this is grounds enuff to go back to court for full custody because of all of the visitation interference and the lies to the parenting coordinator ?
