Group Input Needed: Our divorce order states that exN has visitation on second and fourth weekends of month. My understanding that means by inference that I have first, third, and if their occurs a fifth that weekend as well. My ex is protesting, stating that the order doesnt stipulate arrangements on fifth weekend. Advice? Opinions? I believe that if the judge meant for him to have fifth weekend, he would have put it in order with an alternating schedule. ExN goes for months without seeing our child, at best visits on holidays or occasional weekend. For May, he has no plans to see her his second or fourth weekend, but demands he has fifth. I stuck to my guns and said no. Followed by a blaming fit where he is such a good Dad and just wants to be in our daughters life!!! Thanks for listening!
