Group Input Needed: Please post...So my ex-NARC and I are in a custody battle...have been for 4 years now...and I filed for full custody with the kids reports of abuse and neglect to back it up...our oldest is 9...the ex did not answer the petition or request for modification and the lawyer goes in front of the Judge Wednesday to ask for me to get the kids and see if we need to do a trail again, who the GAL will be, etc. What do you think will happen? Im so tired of the kids being hurt and I want stability, appropriate expectations and parenting, more social interaction, and a better life for them! I left him to keep them from the abuse and lo and behold the courts did not agree to protect them. Im optimistic and worried at the same time! I almost wish the kids were older and could decide on their own...if he has them all that time he will continue to poison their mind against me and they will hate me...he isolates them and bad mouths me...uses them as messengers...I just wish it was over but I know with a NARC they dont loose and it will never end...uggg...any thoughts?
