Group input needed: I need some advice with a parenting agreement.. For 4 months we have been following a very basic temporary agreement (just the schedule times my ex will have the boys ages 3 and 1), and Im seeing on here some posts about having it specifically mentioned about who drops off/picks up, who drives when, phone calls and communication with either parent, kids clothes going back and forth etc. My ex has manipulated and fabricated drama at every turn. What do you have in you agreement that has minimised some of the drama and conflict? And, who pays for the kids necessities? Per our temporary status quo we are both given the same amount of dollars per week while the divorce is in process. I have the kids 75% time and am paying for all their activates, food and so forth and run short every week. Is it fair to ask him to pay for an item of clothes our sons may need, or split the cost with me? Any advice about a parenting agreement that has helped you, please share!
