Group input needed: My ex N has booked a cruise to the Bahamas for himself, his girlfriend and our 11 yr old son. I am the custodial parent. My ex owes 10k in back child support. I found out today that he will not be able to get a passport because of how much child support he owes. Has anyone else had this kind of situation. He told my son that he is having trouble getting a copy of his birth certificate and that he may not be able to go but told my son that if that happens that he could still go with my ex girlfriend. First can that happen without my consent. A girlfriend taking my son out of the country. Seems like if I even agreed there would have to be some kind of paperwork. I dont want him to go with her alone. She seems nice enough but I dont know her very well and it seems strange to me. Input would be appreciated. Thanks
