Group input needed: My exN and GF are getting more controlling by telling the kids they have to text their dad at least 3 times when they are with me and they cannot be responses to his texts, or they will get their phones taken away from them when they are there (meaning of course I could not contact them). I have thought about getting them phones myself but they could take those at their house too. GF also dyed my daughters hair blue and purple which is against school dress code and did not consult me at all. I am not sure how far this will go and have not said anything to the exN because as you all know it would get me no where and probably make him happy. So my question is, if we are going back to court (negotiating now to possibly settle outside of court) for him being in contempt of court, should I ask that he pay for a PC or for therapeutic intervention? I am really scared to hire someone who might make the wrong decisions for me from the discussions on here, but I think this is getting worse for the kids who hate going over to dads anyway and i am worried they are going to start making a lot of bad decisions with the kids without me having any say. Advice PLEASE!!!!
