Group input needed: My soon to be ExN adopted my child 2 years ago. This was my second marriage. He filed for divorce after I filed a TPO. I had to release the TPO so that he wouldnt lose his job. However, I have civil stay away order instead. Currently he has every other weekend per the court order as well as Skype a couple times a week and a weeknight dinner visit. I have not allowed overnights on a school night. I have a contempt against him for harassment (excessive and inappropriate e-mails as well as falsely telling people that I have been diagnosed with mental issues for which I have proof). We are coming up on our court date (mid. Jan.) and he will not allow me to move back to my home state where I have family support (I moved solely for the marriage). I am trying to put together a visitation calendar to show the current plan vs. the long distance plan for 2015. I am having trouble finding what the standard is. Anyone have a calendar I could refer to? Any other suggestions for getting court permission to move? He is trying to keep my child in the state and therefore trying to keep me in the state until the child turns 18. Any other suggestions for court? He is planning on asking for more parenting time.
