Group input needed: Question for group.. Ive tried googling but couldnt find enough info. BD is constantly taking me back to court every few months hes filing a new motion. He knows its hard on me as I live 2 hours away from him (where our case is) and I am also married, pregnant with my second child and just have my own life and things to deal with. And not to mention my attorney fees are through the roof. I recently let go of my attorney because of cost, and because we had been done with court for a while (so I thought) and guess what? Now Im going back to court for yet another request for modification. I really feel like he is just harassing me with court trying to break me down. Is their something I can file for him to stop harassing me with court?? And how hard is it to get? I mean weve been in a custody battle for over just about 3 years now and I have only filed 1 modification due to a significant change in circumstances, but he has filed at least 3 modification requests and at least 3 requests for emergency hearings. I mean when is enough, enough??? Sorry so long and thanks in advance for any advice..
