FINALLY after 2 1/2 years with the Gal I am hopeful that she finally feels the need to write orders regarding exes inability to reply back to me when there is a conflictnin visitation. Currently he has 2 contempt charges on me over fabrications that I withheld visitation. Truth is that I offered visitations and he didnt get back to me. Anyone out there have orders written on this? something like if fail to respond after 7 days, visitation is forfeited and I am no obligated to make it up?. Reading 2nd book now. Anyone have ex order parent alienation evaluation and then cancel it cause they themselves the ex didnt want to go? Gal and boys counselor state no alienation. They are afraid if him due to his crazy. Dont think he himself will go to the evaluation. Because dont you think they KNOW they are pathological liars and abusive? He hates me more than he loves his children.
