Group online forum and future meeting Brothers and Sisters of SIHS, we are starting a public forum to move us forward in a fashion where everyone can be heard. In the next few weeks we will have another meeting, however you can comment by private messaging me, publicly on Facebook, or sihs.info/sa with your ideas and concerns. On the website sihs.info go to the bottom and look for the event forum labels. All the issues will be presented at the meeting. Our first topic will be events. We are starting by developing the events portion of our group then going to the ministry part. Please consider these things when volunteering. If you are on the advisor board it will be a conflict to be a leader. You can be an event leader or a ministry leader but not both. You function as a leader at all SIHS events however you do not lead the function. This allows you to assist, but not lead. We are honoring all leaders and they have priority in filling in all spots. We are trying to create male and female teams for different purposes and figure out where the current leaders fit it. We will have a meeting with the leadership and determine this and the leaders will have the privilege of sitting up their own team. Thanks to Curt for setting up the on line forum.
