Group question: i was wondering if you could pose a question to the group anonymously. I have to appear ex parts tomorrow to try to gain permission for my daughter to enroll in the school we are moving next to in a neighboring school district. Ex-N never cooperates with me in what is in the best interests of our child. He wants her to go to school in his neighborhood even though he will have her going to aftercare when she is in his care, whereas with my new job as a nurse, I can pick her up every day after school. Unfortunately, everything is joint custody since he is not a substance abuser or found to be a criminal, although in my eyes he has been my tormentor for many years. I am asking the group for any advice or suggestions to argue in front of the judge tomorrow for the right to sign her up at the school in our new neighborhood. It is mostly single-family homes, next to a university and has several CA distinctions. Thank you!
