Growing up, I was never somebody who always wanted to be a stand-up. It was never really anything I pictured myself doing until I did it. But still, ever since I was a kid I did find stand-up to be very special to me. Like, at 11 I would listen to this album over and over and over again. The appeal of it to me just wasnt just Jerry Seinfeld or the material in particular, but the fact that just one person with a microphone could have their way with hundreds of people at once. I dunno, that shit blew my mind. And still blows my mind.
