Growing up in Texas in one of the most obese cities in the world, I have been raised on the worst diet known to man. If I can even maintain a fruitarian diet of high water content fruit, then anybody can. Its about if you want it enough or not, though. Some people still want to experiment with tarot cards or astrology or other lighter forms of raising the consciousness. As someone who has tried it all, I would say, at least for me, that after one takes care of the mental concepts and conditioning/programming/mind control/indoctrination, food is one of, if not the best, the foundations to begin with when raising consciousness/density. It is so basic, primal, highly connected to the root chakra, and the thing most people do everyday and probably the biggest way the Illuminati influence people. Food is also mentioned as one of the reasons man Fell. When Eve ate the apple. Call it a metaphor, but after my research, it very may well be literal.
