Growing up in the 80s, I was the student of Second British - TopicsExpress

Growing up in the 80s, I was the student of Second British Invasion. It just sounded better IMHO. For last week of so, I have been listening to It`s a Sin while commuting by busy Tokyo subway (repeatly and loud!!). It still sounds great and pumps me up quite nicely. I went to Catholic prep school and for this reason, lyrics makes a lot of sense to me. I guess I can relate to Neil Tennant reasonably well. Father, forgive me, I tried not to do it Turned over a new leaf, then tore right through it Whatever you taught me, I didnt believe it Father, you fought me, cause I didnt care And I still dont understand....... This song reminds of my British friends all over the world. Darren, Rachel, Faye, Bryan, James, John, Mark, Matt, Stewart, Toby, Willey, David, Tim, Martin, Paul, Sakina, George, Alun, Kevin, Michael, Bob, Danny, Eric, and a proud Irish Malachy to name the few. I hope all is well with all of you...... Lastly, please forgive me if I missed you in the list above. I am the one to blame for my shortcoming......... https://youtube/watch?v=J-4gAetwNkw
