Growing up loving to watch the Rat Pack with Sammy, Dean, Joey, and of course Frank. Performing at the famous Sandss in Vegas. I was heart broken in the 80s, when I heard he had a falling out with the Sands Casino and was no longer under contract to perform at the Sands. Having watch the Sands be built in Atlantic City. Along with all the other casinos in AC since the late 70s. I did have a special moment. I got to talk to Frank Sinatra. Be it brief, for maybe 15 - 20 seconds at Harrahs in AC. We were both getting our car from valet. Well my car with my fiance in late 1988. I had just finished up my degree requirements for an AS degree at Camden County College. We went to see a show and gamble on the casino floor. Before I was leaving to head back to Pierce to finish up my college degrees there. Frank of course was at Harrahs. Shopping around for a new contract with his entourage and a limo....lol. The Sands in Atlantic City is gone and so is Frank but they were still very fond memories and theyre not forgotten.
