Growing up there was this constant barrage of dystopian reality movies like 1984 or The Running Man. At the time the movies seemed ridiculous, but now with the revelations the United States government is monitoring everyone those movies dont seem so far fetched. I was always told that if I recorded a conversation or listened in on a phone conversation I would go to jail. How come these guys at the NSA are above that law? At this point some fancy lawyer comes out with an explanation that only they understand. Seems to me this is one of those programs which should be on the chopping block because its the right thing to do.
