Grown-up moment! I used to **hate** shopping for clothes. You can ask Anita Zike Adkins, if you need evidence for that. I hated how small I am. I hated how the clothes for people my age all made me feel smaller. I hated shopping in the kids section. I hated it **all**. I would throw fits (and were not talking about when I was 7 here- try 17). Today, I stopped into the Times Square H&M to buy some more slacks. And I **loved** it! The lovely woman working the fitting rooms was raving about how lucky I was to be buying kids jeans during a buy one get one half-off denim sale- she kept saying Im so JEALOUS! I really love being little! It sure is something to wake up and discover that you are perfect just the way you are. I encourage each of you to find something you love about yourself (especially if its something you used to not be so fond of), and be present for a moment to just how awesome you really are. Because you are totally awesome! [Oh, and in case you missed the moral to this story: H&M is having a buy one get one half-off denim sale!!]
