Growth and flexibility....wisely described here, and in many ways in common with my philosophy of Gentle Healing Yoga Classes. These classes are about reducing stress, and gaining flexibility, strength and a positive mental outlook, while healing our emotional baggage and allowing ourselves to grow in maturity, flexibility, and balance. Balance in all things: mind/body/emotions/spirit! Everything in this class is about balancing and flexibility, and really about growth too. That includes growth in our self-esteem, and flexibility in how we can deal with lifes ups and downs, disappointments, aches and pains, and challenges!
