Grr... I need to rant! The laptop that I bought in Black Friday is not working. I had purchased the two year extended warranty. Took me 3 days to find my receipt only to be told by the store that I have to call Hewlett Packard. Ok. I am straining to hear and understand the customer service rep. He transfers me to repair I cant understand this man either. 45 minutes into the call I ask where they are.... INDIA!!!! What the H**L!?!? I am straining and struggling to hold a conversation with someone that isnt American ? I was thoroughly stressed by the time my 55 min phone call ended! Its HORRIBLE customer service to send someone to a foreign country ! Ugh!
