Grrrr. Just came back from walking Meribel around the park. Rules are all dogs must be confined or on leash. Had a large black dog come charging out of a campsite barking and growling - not confined obviously. Don about lost his temper with the owner who couldnt even apologize. So now Ms. M. is looking in all the campsites for dogs. Shes a busy body to begin with - she doesnt need a reason to be snoopy.
