Grrrr...insurance is my nemesis, my daily fight with their ignorant decisions is a constant reminder of how our technology has far surpassed our humanity. I truly wish anyone of these people making these uninformed decisions lived just one day taking care of a medically fragile child. The newest decision I just found out about is that we are now only allowed 5 feeding tube extension sets/bolus sets for 3mos. We used to get 6/month. Eli has formula running thru his tube 20hrs a day. Those extension sets are very tiny, you cannot get inside it to clean it. So now he will have to use 1 extension set a month instead of per week. This is very frustrating, it may not seem like that big of a deal, but its just one example of our constant battle with cut backs. Ok rant over...now Im going to go have fun with Eli
