Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: - TopicsExpress

Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth at the door. James 5:9----In this verse we are instructed not to hold grudge against others. When things go wrong, and they sometimes do, we have a tend to blame others for our miseries. This goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden when Adam blamed Eve for eating the apple that caused them to be naked and afraid when God asked Adam, Who told thee you were naked? Blaming others seems easier than accepting our share of the responsibility, but it both destructive and sinful. And , those who hold grudges are usually most miserable!!! Before we judge others in their shortcomings, we should honestly (as hard as it is sometimes) examine our own hearts and judge ourselves, realizing that Christ the Judge will come to evaluate each of us (Matthew 7:1-5). God will not let us get away with shifting blame to others!!! Forgive yourself, forgive others, and ask the Lord to restore the joy of your salvation. Love Yall!!!
