Gruesome to watch. The officer responding shut off his dash cam and recording equipment, but investigators were able to retrieve it off the hard drive anyways. Without any warning, this officer kicked a 66 year old man with dementia straight in the groin and punched him in the face repeatedly. The next officer on the scene tased the old guy in the face. The man is charged with assaulting an officer, but hes the one who spent more than a month in the hospital! The brutal pigg in this video has only been disciplined for turning off the recording devices, not for beating a civilian.
