Guam - Diver usually pass through Guam on their way to other destinations and, a a result, this wonderful dives here receive less press and less divers. That means you can come home with a few surprise dive sites in your log book to make you “savvy” dive friends jealous. SMS Cormoran/Tokai Maru — These wrecks sit side by side. The 88 metre/290-foot Cormoran features an intact hull with lots of structure to explore. The 134 metre/440-foot long Tokai Maru, sunk by a torpedo in WWII, has lots to explore and a cargo hold filled with parts for trucks, beds and other items. Blue Hole — This vertical hole makes for a great photo op when you look straight up from 30 metres/100 feet at descending divers framed by the walls of the hole. American Tanker — Although originally a supply barge, the American Tanker was later sunk as part of a breakwater for Apra Harbor. The site now swirls with marine life.
