Guam has been a part of the United States since 1898 – that’s more than 115 years! Since then, residents of Guam have participated in every major U.S. conflict, serving at higher rates than any state. In Iraq and Afghanistan, Guam’s casualty rate has been 400% the national average. All told, more than 125,000 veterans live in Guam and other U.S. territories. Yet they cant vote for their President and Commander-in-Chief! We the People Project is developing a legal challenge to federal laws that make your right to vote for President depend on where you live. Every American deserves the right to vote for President, wherever you live! We’d like to hear from you! Please fill out our short 2-3 minute Right to Vote Survey to share your experience being denied the right to vote. The information you and others provide will help us make the case that it shouldnt matter where one lives when it comes to the right to vote. Questions?
