I would like to say thumbs up to all the groups putting a sterling performance in their quest to influence the homeaffairs minister to pronounce favourable decision in terms of permit renewal. Today i had candid and robust disscussion with crisis coalition and solidarity peace trust representatives.Im happy to say, we managed to establish mutual understanding,we agreed to harmonise our effort .we will b meeting soon ,to map our way for forward. Zim community in SA,today met with acting zim SA ambassador,to tackle the issue pending permits renewal,its secretary Khumbulani moyo,informed me that they had frank and fruitful discussion with ambassador.He told me that ,zim homeaffairs minister kembo mahodi,will b in SA to meet his counterpart Melusi gigaba to iron out issues about zim permits renewal.According to him,he alluaded to me that the embassy,accorded them the previlage to meet zim minister b4 meeting with Gigaba.He also said for those who did not receive permits,they should not despair ,as they will b given attention as well. Zim permits update will continue liaising well with zim community SA leadership ,for accurate information.In fact we a prepared to work with any group ,as long its championing the same cause with us.I also noted an invitation of partnership with migrant workers association SA from capetown,looking forward in working with them, as there a many zim immigrant there. Lastly,beware and bewarned of mushrooming of bogus permits agents ,who might rip u off your hard won cash.Lets meet at Bearear park Hillbrow, Sunday 22 June,for zim community sa gathering.
